I started my first woodshop in a sweltering Texas garage in the summer of 2012 with only a handful of tools and a desire to make beautiful things. My first venture was the production of cherry wood tobacco pipes. I left Texas in 2014 for a decade long journey through architecture school, employment at various design firms and a series of professional woodworking opportunities. Now at home again in the Lone Star State with a wonderful wife and beautiful baby girl, I have found myself recapturing the excitement of rebuilding a solo woodworking practice from the ground up, one custom project at a time.
